Site Fees
Ceremony with Reception Site Fee:
Friday - $1,550.00
Saturday - $3,250.00 (minimum guests - 100)
Sunday - $2,250.00
Includes 50-100 guests (300 max), each additional guest will be an added charge of $8.50 per person, 1 hour rehearsal, private bridal room, water bottles for each guest, white folding chairs, the use of the full property for 5 hour ceremony/reception 5:00-10:00 PM (only one event is held at a time.)
Ceremony Only Site Fee:
Saturday or Sunday 3 hours (11-2pm time frame is not negotiable.) $1000.00

Buffet Packages
$29-34 pp Catering Includes the following: Set up and clean up, buffet with choice of 2 entrees, 2 sides, salad, bread and butter, Wait staff in uniforms, White table linen, white napkin, round tables, centerpieces, battery operated votive candles, china. You may upgrade the buffet to a sit down dinner for $10 more pp.
Beverage Packages:
Bring your own beer/wine/champagne with an insured bartender
We aslo allow full hosted and non-hosted bars through Best Beverage Catering. (Bar packages coming soon)
Ice Tea & Lemonade Service - $2 per person
plus 22% service charge plus 9.25% tax
Coffee & Cake Cutting Service - $2 per person
plus 22% service charge plus 9.25% tax
